How to join Gojo PH?

  • You must download the Gojo Driver App on your mobile device, and register.


Where and How to Download the App?

  • On your mobile device, Go to Play Store for Android and Appstore for IOS. Search for Gojo Driver then Install. 


Do I need to submit required documents? 

  • Yes, List of required documents are given below.


Main Requirements:

  1. LTO Official Receipt of Vehicle

  2. LTO Registration Certificate of Vehicle

TAXI/TNVS

  1. Valid Professional Driver’s License (TAXI and TNVS)

  2. Valid Taxi Franchise or TNVS Permit

RIDER 

  1. Valid Professional Driver’s License (Riders)


Additional Requirements:

  • NBI Clearance or Receipt


Tech/Device Requirements:

  1. Android Phone version 7.0 or Apple iOS version ??

  2. Data Plan, 100mb/day approximate consumption

  3. Valid and Active Phone Number

  4. Valid and Active Email Address


Bank Account

  1. Baguio City - UnionBank Disbursement Account (Issued by Hirna)

  2. Other Cities - Asia United Bank Hello Money or Gcash




    How to register in Gojo PH?

  1. Go to Gojo Driver App, then click the Sign Up located at the bottom of the App.

  2. You will be redirected to the Gojo Site, Complete all necessary information; City, Select Driver Type, First name and Last name, Valid and Active Email Address, Valid and Active Phone Number, Referral Code (if you have) then tick the “I’m not a robot” then click the Sign Up button. After registration, wait for Approval.


            B.1 Driver Type;

B.1.1 Transport Type - I own Vehicle: Please choose this if you own the Vehicle you are going to use and the vehicle is going to be used for Transportation of our Passengers. 

B.1.2 Transport Type -  Company Vehicle: Please choose this if the vehicle is owned by a Company and the vehicle is going to be used for Transportation of our Passengers.

B.1.3 Delivery - I own vehicle: Please choose this if you own the Vehicle you are going to use and the vehicle is going to be used for Delivery of Parcels, Foods and Mart.

B.1.4 Delivery -  Company Vehicle: Please choose this if the vehicle is owned by a Company and the vehicle is going to be used for Delivery of Parcels, Foods and Mart.


Do I need to top up my Credit wallet?

  • Yes, you need to top up your wallet in order for you to receive bookings.


How to Top Up a Driver's Credit Wallet?

  • There are 2 Driver Wallets:

  1. Credit Wallet

  • A digital wallet that you maintain to enable you to accept cash bookings. needs to be loaded at least P50 to accept rides or deliveries. For each booking paid by cash, Gojo PH fees are automatically deducted from the Credit Wallet upon completion of the service


  1. Cash Wallet

  • Your earnings from cashless transactions go to your Cash Wallet.

  • The Cash Wallet is for all cash due to drivers and riders. This is remitted to the designated Bank Account of the driver every Friday.




How often is Payout?

  • Payouts are done every Friday.


If I am a taxi driver registered in Gojo PH, can I use the app’s computed fare?

  • No, use the metered fare. Fare displayed in the app is for estimation purposes only.


If I have a passenger on board, can I accept the booking?

  • No, you must drop-off your passenger first


If I receive a booking but I don’t want to accept, what should I do?

  • Do not ignore dispatch. Instead, click the No Thanks Button.

  • Do not accept booking if you do not plan to pick up a passenger. You can get a penalty for non-conveyance.

  • If you’re not available to pick up passengers using Gojo, click the Unavailable button in the App.


I’m available to Accept Bookings/Jobs, but it seems that I do not receive any bookings?

  • Please make sure that you have an Internet Connection, Available on the Gojo Driver App and you have enough credits on your account to receive bookings.


My Gojo Driver App crashes. What do I do?

  1. First make sure to close unnecessary apps on your phone then go to your Phone’s settings, then go to Application Tab

  2. Then find Gojo Driver App then Clear Cache

  3. Once you’ve cleared your cache, restart your phone. After restarting your phone, your device must run smoothly.


I changed my vehicle, can I use the app and just inform the passenger or customer?

  • No, you have to inform the Gojo customer support to update your vehicle details.


I find the passenger charming/beautiful. Can I get her number/details or share her information with my friends?

  • No. Sharing of information about our customers is strictly prohibited by the Company and Government. Do not share any personal information of the passenger. This is a violation of the data privacy act.

I have a concern about my previous passenger, can I contact them directly?

  • No, all communications after the trips should be coursed through Gojo customer support.


My friend wants to drive my vehicle and use my account in Gojo PH. Can I give my account to him/her?

  • No. All partners of Gojo are required to register in the app. You cannot give your personal account details to others. You will be accountable for any problem linked to your account regardless if you used it or not. 


The passenger/package destination is too far. Can I request a tip?

  • Although passengers/customers can give you tips, do not demand a tip or extra payment from passengers/customers. You will be penalized.
