How to join Gojo PH?
You must download the Gojo App on your mobile device first, then register.
Where can I download the app?
You can download it in the Playstore for Android OS and Appstore for Ios OS/Apple products.
I did not receive the activation code. What should I do?
Pls check the number you provided and always make sure that your phone has a signal
If you still haven’t received the activation code, contact the Gojo Customer Support.
How to create a booking?
Register an account, once registered you may now book any of Gojo PH services.
You may now choose the services you want to avail in the App.
*Transportation; If you want to book a Taxi, Parcel: If you want to have your item be delivered, Food; If you want to order Food and Mart; If you want to order items with our Partnered Merchants.
Does Gojo PH charge a booking fee?
Yes, for our Taxi Transportation Service only.
Gojo charges a P20 booking fee which goes to the driver directly. This is included on the E-Receipt that you will receive once the trip is completed. We've been charging a booking fee since 2019, and starting March 1, 2020.
* The booking fee is not yet included in the 40 pesos flag-down rate of LTFRB.*
Do you accept cards as payment?
Yes. Gojo accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Just include/add your card to your profile as a form of Payment.
Where can I request a copy of my E-receipt?
You may request for a copy in just one click in your App. Go to the Activity Tab then on the Upper Right Side of the App click the Clock Logo.
Look for the booking in Transport, Delivery or Intercity. Once you find the booking, click the booking.
Then on the Upper Right Side of the App, click the Mail Button then manually input the email address where you want to receive the E-Receipt.
My Gojo App crashes, what should I do?
There may be some Old Cache that causes conflict while running the app. go to your Phone’s settings, then go to Application Tab
Then find Gojo App then Clear Cache
Once you’ve cleared your cache, restart your phone. After restarting your phone, your device must run smoothly.
Are there any taxi/ delivery near me?
We suggest downloading the App, so you can get real time information if there are taxis/delivery available in your area anytime.

Can I reserve a Taxi for later?
As of now, you can only book a taxi realtime.
