1. Refund Request Period 

    1. All transactions made within 5 calendar days are eligible for refund.  

  2. Refund Request Processing Time

    1. All refund requests will be processed within 10 business days upon submission of a completely filled-out refund  form. You will receive a confirmation email from our Support Team once the refund has been successfully processed.

  3. Payment Mode

If you paid via:

  1. Credit card -  Upon approval of your request, refund will be reflected in your credit card balance within 7-14 working days  or depending on your bank’s processing time.

  2. GojoPH wallet -  Upon approval of your request, refund will be reflected on your wallet on the next business day.

  1. Refund Request Requirements

    1. Refund request must be submitted by the passenger via email addressed to support@gojo.ph

    2. Subject of your email should be Refund - [Booking number]

    3. The body of the email should have the following information:

      1. Date/Time

      2. Booking Number

      3. Customer Name

      4. Card Number

      5. Original Amount

      6. Amount to be refunded

      7. Reason

    4. Attach screenshot of the proof of transaction


  1. Fees

Depending on the nature of the refund request:

  1. Hirna will shoulder bank charges for requests where there is an App or Hirna issue.

  2. The customer, requestor, will shoulder bank charges for issues when found to be customer’s error or issue
